We're looking for chefs who have a passion for delivering delicious provincial French dishes, using only the freshest ingredients.
Our in-house training programme ‘Tricolore’ aims to give you the necessary management and leadership skills and training to become a head chef within two years. Its content is mapped to an external awarding body, to ensure that you have the necessary tools to succeed in the hospitality industry.
You will also receive support on a day to day basis, through our ‘Ecole de Cuisine’
