Head Chef Weston-super-Mare
This is a role that’s intense and hands-on and will see you taking responsibility for the running of the kitchen both financially (food GP, wages and direct costs) and in terms of producing fresh delicious dishes in a scrupulously clean and safe environment.
We put a lot of emphasis on teamwork and clear leadership and management of the team is most important. You’ll need to be cool under pressure, have a proven track record when it comes to an eye for detail, be engaging and great to work for and show patience when training junior chefs. You’ll need to be really focused on the customer and help us maintain and improve the standards that we have all worked hard for over the years. Consistency is our constant aim. We’ll give a lot back in terms of managerial development and in helping you to progress.
