Located on George Street, in the heart of this world heritage city, our 13th bistrot opened in June 2015.
Our ‘raison d’être’ is great value French cooking and seasonal menus. We like to combine French bistrot classics such as steak-frites, boeuf bourguignon and tarte au citron with our own take on regional favourites like tarte flambée, Bouillabaisse and paté de campagne. Our relaxed and friendly bistrots are the place to go for any occasion.
Situated in a Grade II listed building within a terraced parade of Georgian houses, our bistrot can be found close to historic landmarks such as the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the Museum of Costume.
Open seven days a week serving lunch and dinner we have something for everyone, from our two-course Prix fixe lunch for £10.95 and two-course Pre théâtre menu for £14.95 to our evening À la carte menu. We also offer a children's menu and gluten free dishes.

General Manager - Beau
Beau joined our bistrot family as a waiter in 2007. He quickly progressed to Shift Leader and then Assistant Manager, before taking up the role of General Manager in 2010.
Head Chef - James
James has worked for a number of both branded and private restaurants throughout his industrious chef career. Prior to moving to Bath, James was in an area support and development role for all Bar One, before taking over as Head chef at Bills where he stayed for a year and a half. James then joined our Bistrot Pierre family in May 2016.
