Our ‘raison d’être’ is great value French cooking and seasonal menus. We like to combine French bistrot classics such as steak-frites, boeuf bourguignon and tarte au citron with our own take on regional favourites like tarte flambée, Bouillabaisse and paté de campagne. Our relaxed and friendly bistrots are the place to go for any occasion.

Our Harrogate bistrot is an elegant and relaxed first floor French restaurant with a stunning heated balcony, which is the perfect place for dining al fresco whatever the weather!

Staff

General Manager - Arnold

Arnold has a fantastic foodie heritage, counting gourmet food merchants and butchers amongst his Romanian and Hungarian ancestors. His early career saw him working in different restaurants in Greece and Italy; however he can now indulge his greatest passion - French food and wine.

Head Chef - Aniko

Originally from the capital of Hungary, Budapest, Aniko came to the UK in 2006. She began working for Loch Fyne and was very soon promoted to Sous Chef. She then moved on to become a Chef De Partie for Bistrot Pierre in 2010. Since then, she has worked her way up to become our first female head chef in Harrogate.

I would like to emphasise the quality of the service-exceptional.
