General Manager - Arnold
Arnold has a fantastic foodie heritage, counting gourmet food merchants and butchers amongst his Romanian and Hungarian ancestors. His early career saw him working in different restaurants in Greece and Italy; however he can now indulge his greatest passion - French food and wine.
Head Chef - Aniko
Originally from the capital of Hungary, Budapest, Aniko came to the UK in 2006. She began working for Loch Fyne and was very soon promoted to Sous Chef. She then moved on to become a Chef De Partie for Bistrot Pierre in 2010. Since then, she has worked her way up to become our first female head chef in Harrogate.
