Our ‘raison d’être’ is great value French cooking and seasonal menus. We like to combine French bistrot classics such as steak-frites, boeuf bourguignon and tarte au citron with our own take on regional favourites like tarte flambée, Bouillabaisse and paté de campagne. Our relaxed and friendly bistrots are the place to go for any occasion.
Our outdoor seating area is a great place to enjoy brunch or early evening drinks and dinner. We have an additional first floor of dining, which is ideal for parties or large groups.

General Manager - Jason
Jason has over 14 years’ experience in the catering industry. He joined our bistrot family in 2011, working at our Stratford-upon-Avon bistrot. In 2016, he progressed to Assistant Manager and moved to our Leamington Spa bistrot.
Head Chef - Mihai
Mihai started his career in 2002, where he began working as an Assistant Chef on a cruise ship. After a number of years and promotions, he wanted to gain more experience so took the position as Senior Chef De Partie at Bistrot Pierre. He was soon promoted to Junior Sous Chef and has now progressed to Head Chef.
