  2. Regional Manager

    Regional Managers determine the operational practices of all our bistrots in their area, making sure each runs smoothly, cleanly, complies with marketing and sales campaigns and meets budget and sales goals. They create and maintain budgets, and coordinate with and report to senior management in the company.

  3. Area Manager

    Area Managers work closely with General Managers to ensure staff are looked after and sales targets are met, across multiple bistrots.

  4. ​General Manager

    General Managers are responsible for planning and directing the operations of our bistrots to ensure and enhance performance, productivity and profitability. You will have overall financial responsibility and you will need to nurture a strong and competent team, working directly with the Head Chef to ensure the delivery of delicious cooking which exceeds customer expectations.

  5. ​Assistant Manager

    Assistant Managers support the General Manager in ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service standards by all team members. You live and breathe the values and culture of the business. Cost management and meeting financial targets will be a primary focus.

  6. Duty Manager

    As a Duty Manager, you will support the Assistant Manger and cover for them in their absence. You will benefit from excellent training and development to assist you in your future career progression to Assistant Manager and General Manager level.

  7. Waitresses and waiters

    Waitresses and waiters are the brand ambassadors of Bistrot Pierre and bring our bistrots to life. They greet, serve and look after our customers and it is important they bring a friendly, helpful and energetic personality.
