Tricolore

Our in-house training programme ‘Tricolore’ aims to give you the necessary skills and training to become a manager within two years. Its content is mapped to an external awarding body, to ensure that you have the necessary skills to succeed in the hospitality industry.

Ecole de Cuisine

You will also receive support on a day to day basis, through our ‘Ecole de Cuisine’. This video-led training lets you learn at a time that suits you.

Twelve of our family members ate here. The ages varied from four to over seventy, everyone enjoyed their meals. The staff were great. Thank you everyone.
