Located in Friargate, the restaurant quarter of Derby, within a building that dates back to the 1600s, our Derby bistrot is well worth a visit.
Bank Holiday Monday opening hours are the same as Sunday opening hours.
Our ‘raison d’être’ is great value French cooking and seasonal menus. We like to combine French bistrot classics such as steak-frites, boeuf bourguignon and Crème brûlée with our own take on regional favourites like tarte flambée, Confit de canard and pâté de campagne. Our relaxed and friendly bistrots are the place to go for any occasion.
We have something for everyone, from our two course Prix fixe lunch for £11.95 and our two course Pre théâtre menu for £14.95 to our evening À la carte menu. We also offer gluten-free dishes and a children's menu, which comes with our bespoke 14 page activity pack.
A firm favourite with our customers, our Derby bistrot provides a truly authentic experience, that you would find in any French town. There is a second floor and we can cater for larger groups and parties.
Fantastic meal. Food was of good quality, well presented and excellent value. Staff were attentive, friendly. One of the nicest meals in a long time.Matthew Cahill via online feedback
