Our bistrot seats approximately 180 diners and has a large bar area downstairs, extensive outside terraced areas and a balcony, where our customers are able to enjoy the stunning views whilst they dine with us.

Our ‘raison d’être’ is great value French cooking and seasonal menus. We like to combine French bistrot classics such as steak-frites, boeuf bourguignon and tarte au citron with our own take on regional favourites like tarte flambée, Bouillabaisse and paté de campagne. Our relaxed and friendly bistrots are the place to go for any occasion.

Open seven days a week serving breakfast, lunch and dinner we have something for everyone, from our two-course prix-fixe lunch for £11.95 and a two-course pre-theatre menu for £14.95 to our evening à la carte menu. We also offer gluten-free menus and a children's menu.

General Manager - Attila

Attila started working in five-star hotels in Hungary. He then went to work for Carnival cruise lines for a couple of years, before deciding to pursue his hospitality career on land. He then moved to the UK in 2008 and started working for our Derby bistrot as a waiter. He then went on to run our Plymouth bistrot in the historic Royal William Yard. Attila is now the first General Manager of our Weston-super-Mare bistrot.

Head Chef - Kris

Kris joined our bistrot family as a Kitchen Porter in 2008. After six enjoyable years of working with us - Kris then progressed to Head Chef in 2014.
