As the days get warmer, we thought we’d give our provincial French dishes a summer twist. Our new Summer evening menus are now available, blending fresh, light ingredients with the essence of bistrot cooking.

Come and try our new classic Basque dish of pan-fried fillet of salmon with piperade of grilled mixed peppers, black olives and a green herb dressing. Or why not spice up your summer with our new grilled Moroccan chicken skewer served with couscous tabbouleh, raw salad and mint and yogurt dressing?
