Residence One, a Grade II* listed building located within the historic Royal William Yard is the perfect destination when staying in the Ocean City of Plymouth. The building, once home to a Royal Navy Admiral, has been lovingly restored bringing the house back to its former glory. This boutique B&B is full of periodic features and character, and offers 14 individually styled bedrooms.

Parking
Parking is available upon request and is valid until 11am on your day of departure. If you would like to continue to park within the Royal William Yard after this time, simply pay at the parking machines from this time
Check-in/out
To check-in, please go to Bistrot Pierre situated in the New Cooperage building in Royal William Yard (across the green from the Rooms). You can check-in from 3pm.
On your day of check-out, please drop your keys back off at the reception desk in the bistrot before 11am.
Disabled access
Our Grade II* listed building radiates period charm with architectural features dating back to 1800s, but this does mean we are unable to provide disabled and lift access. We have four ground floor rooms available, but please note there are a few steps up to the entrance of the building.

Our classic double room boasts a luxury double Sealy bed with goose feather and down pillows and duvet. Our Rooms are located across the green from our bistrot where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner during your stay. Our relaxed and friendly bistrot, located in the New Cooperage building, serves great-value French cooking & seasonal menus. It also has a bar area if you fancy a drink or quick bite to eat during your stay.
All guests receive a complimentary freshly cooked breakfast including a Traditional Breakfast and Eggs Benedict, as well as unlimited tea and coffee to help start your day in the best possible way.
