Bistrot Pierre also owns all copyright in the organisation and lay-out of the site and all database rights.

By using the site you’re agreeing the website is available for personal use only and that you will not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute or dispose of any content in any way. The logos, names and marks on this site which identify our partners and suppliers, their products or services, belong to them and are used with their permission. You may not copy or use them for any commercial purpose.

Linking to other sites

Our site also contains links to the websites of our various partners. We will try to ensure that this site is available 24 hours a day but, it may become unavailable occasionally for maintenance, updating or otherwise. Where this happens, we do apologise for any inconvenience caused, however we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from such unavailability.

We also take great care in seeking to present correct and useful information to you but we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of any material on this site. We may also make changes to the material on the site, its functions and services from time to time.

Price guarantee and complimentary room upgrades

If you book directly with us on our website, we guarantee to offer the same rates as those you will find on other booking sites. If we have availability on the day you arrive, your room will automatically be upgraded. The price you see quoted is the price you pay, there are no hidden booking fees.

Cancellation policy

A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 12:00 GMT 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, upto the first two nights will be charged.


One car parking space is available per room in Royal William Yard. If you would like to park within the Royal William Yard before your check-in time (3pm) or after you check-out (11am), you will need to pay at the pay and display machines in the yard from this time. If you would like any additional spaces, you can also use the pay and display machines on arrival.

Package: Stay & Save

  1. Book one night full price and we’ll give you the second night stay for half price
  2. Available Sunday to Thursday only, excluding Bank Holidays
  3. Offer is available for stays before 30th May 2019

  5. Subject to availability for stays longer than 2 nights, please call us directly to enquire for stays longer than 2 nights
  6. Only available at The Crescent Inn, Ilkley
  7. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer

Package: 50% of your food bill off your room bill

  1. 50% of your Evening meal food bill will be taken off your final room bill
  2. A minimum of one overnight stay is required to get 50% of your food bill taken off your rooms bill
  3. Payment for the Evening meal will be required at the end of the meal. 50% of the total bill will then be taken off your room bill (which is paid upon checkout).
  4. Available Sunday to Thursday only, excluding Bank Holidays
  5. Offer is available for stays before 30th May 2019
  6. Offer code 5050CRES must be quoted on booking
  7. Subject to availability
