      • Provide support for the till system
      • Liaise with other departments and sites to monitor costs and develop good working relationships to ensure that sites are supported,and all documentation is sent in a timely manner.
      • Complete bank payments and daily monitoring of the bank accounts
      • Monitor/ complete Inter company transfers
      • Complete food stock reconciliations including food margin analysis for each site
      • Auditing – liaising with external auditors ton ensure the annual audit is a smooth process and all audit requirements are met.

       About you

      • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified 
      • Experience of exchequer, our accounting software, would be an advantage but not essential
      • Must have excellent excel skills

      As a Payroll and Accounts Assistant you will take full ownership and responsibility for the Bistrot Pierre payroll, covering approximately 1,000 employees.       Key Responsibilities

      • Ownership of the payroll function using our bespoke system prior to the final pay run being outsourced
      • Manage the relationship with the payroll bureau
      • Work with other members of the finance team to oversee the transition from incumbent payroll bureau to incoming payroll bureau
      • You will be the first contact for payroll queries such as Maternity Pay, Paternity Pay, SSP, Attachments of Earnings and general payroll queries
      • Maintain the data within the payroll programme and ensure that it is payroll ready
