To ensure you enjoy your visit with us, it’s important that you take a few minutes to read and familiarise yourself with these Terms. They explain a number of things including, for example, the rules covering your use of this site as well as other information regarding your rights. Our website has been developed to be a safe and fun place for our younger patrons to visit. So, if you are under 16, it is important that you ask your parent or a guardian before you:
- Send to us any information that personally identifies you; or
- Agree to buy anything online.

By using our site, you’ll be confirming that you have read, understood and that you agree to these Terms. From time to time we may update and change these Terms without notice and the latest version will always be posted on this site. Make sure you regularly visit this page to check whether any changes have been made as your continued use of the site will indicate that you accept and agree to any amendments.

Your privacy matters to us

We take your privacy very seriously and your information is safe with us. For more reassuring details about what we do with the information we collect from you or that you choose to provide to us, please look at out our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Help us preserve our content

All images, logos, names, trademarks, articles, news items, feature sections, audio and video files on this site which identify Bistrot Pierre, its personnel and all intellectual property rights in them (including copyright and trademark rights) (together the “Proprietary Content”) are owned or licensed to Le Bistrot Pierre. Le Bistrot Pierre also owns all copyright in the organisation and lay-out of the site and all database rights.

By using the site you’re agreeing the website is available for personal use only and that you will not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute or dispose of any content in any way. The logos, names and marks on this site which identify our partners and suppliers, their products or services, belong to them and are used with their permission. You may not copy or use them for any commercial purpose.

Linking to other sites

Our site also contains links to the websites of our various partners. If you choose to access any of these links, you’ll be leaving www.lebistrotpierre.co.uk and since we don’t have any control over third party sites, we’re not responsible for the content, advertising, products or services available from them, or for any dealings or disputes that you may have in relation to those sites.

Bistrot Pierre shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may be suffered as a result of the use of such links and third party sites. We would encourage you to review the terms and conditions and privacy policy on any new site you may choose to access because our Terms and Privacy Policy will no longer be applicable. We reserve the right to remove a link at any time.

Your visit experience

We will try to ensure that this site is available 24 hours a day but, it may become unavailable occasionally for maintenance, updating or otherwise. Where this happens, we do apologise for any inconvenience caused, however we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from such unavailability.

We also take great care in seeking to present correct and useful information to you but we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of any material on this site. We may also make changes to the material on the site, its functions and services from time to time.

If you have trouble using our site with certain web-browsers or other software or if you want to let us know how we can improve accessibility, please let us know. We appreciate your feedback and your suggestions will help us to improve our service to you.

The internet

It is important to note that using the internet does have its dangers. Our aim is to ensure a fast, reliable and secure service and to protect your personal information. However we cannot take responsibility for:
• Any breach of security (by hackers or otherwise) of www.lebistrotpierre.co.uk;
• Any damage, loss or corruption of data, information or material;
• Any viruses or other malicious programs that may infect your computer equipment or other property.
Our company will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential or economic loss (or for any exemplary or punitive damages) in connection with the use of www.lebistrotpierre.co.uk or any other site. The same applies for the employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of our company. This paragraph only applies to the extent that it can in accordance with applicable laws.


Booking information
Christmas set lunch and Christmas set dinner menus are available from Thursday 29th November until Monday 31st December 2018 for lunch (excluding 25th Dec) and Sunday 30th December 2018 for dinner (excluding 25th & 26th Dec).

Please call your local bistrot directly to make a booking. Each bistrot will have a Christmas
co-ordinator and these will be available 9am to 11.45am and 3pm to 5.15pm daily. We can cater for most sized parties and will require a deposit (£10 per head) for bookings made up until Christmas Day. Any enquiries or bookings will not be secured without a deposit. Once deposited you will receive a reference, please be sure to keep a note of this reference so that we can identify your booking.

Payment of deposit can be made either by cheque, cash or credit card. The deposit is non-refundable if the table is cancelled 2 weeks or less prior to the reservation. Any guest who has pre-ordered but fails to turn up will lose their deposit.

To make your life easier we can take payments over the phone. (Please kindly avoid 12pm-2pm during our busy lunchtimes).

We will ask that any parties of 6 or above do pre-order using our order form, helping us to provide you with the efficient style of service to which you have become accustomed.
Pre-order forms can be downloaded from our website - www.bistrotpierre.co.uk/christmas and can be found by clicking on the appropriate menu link or alternatively we can email it to you upon request with the menu. They can be returned either by post or email, but please remember to state the date, time, number of covers and the name the booking was made under. These pre-orders are only required a week before you dine with us.

There is a 10% discretionary service charge for all tables of six or more for Christmas menus. All tips/service charges go to the staff. For all menus we reserve the right to add small supplements to some dishes if market price movements dictate.

Christmas set lunch – 3 courses for £18.95
This menu is available daily from Thursday 29th November to Monday 31st December (excluding 25th Dec).

Christmas set dinner – 3 courses for £27.95
This menu is available daily from Thursday 29th November to Sunday 30th December (excluding 25th & 26th Dec).

Christmas Day lunch menu – 5 courses for £69.95.
On Tuesday 25th December all our bistrots will be open for lunch. Children’s menu for 12 years and under will also be available and priced at £29.50.

Christmas Party Organiser

A £20 gift voucher will be given to the party organiser who holds a party for 8 people or more at one of our bistrots between 29th November and 30th December 2018. Offer only applies when dining from the Christmas party lunch or dinner menu, excluding Friday and Saturday bookings.
The £20 gift voucher can be redeemed 2nd January to 28th February 2019 (excluding 14th February 2019). To receive their gift voucher, on the evening they dine with us, the party organiser must complete a ‘party organiser card’ with their details which will be given to them by a manager.

Christmas Fizzy

Each member of the party who dines from the Christmas Party Dinner menu between Sunday 1st to Thursday 13th December will receive a complimentary glass of our Veuve Devienne sparkling wine to enjoy. To receive this offer you must quote ‘fizzy’ when booking by phone or within your booking confirmation email. This excludes Friday and Saturday bookings.

Student Discount Offers are not available throughout December

Mon Pierre Rewards

During December the standard T&Cs apply and can be viewed here. Mon Pierre Rewards cannot be redeemed during December, but points can continue to be collected. As per our T&Cs the bill can only be split equally between two customers on the same table, so a maximum of two cards can be used to collect points per table.

Loyalty Stamper Card

  1. Stamps will be allocated immediately following payment of the bill. Forgotten cards will not be stamped retrospectively. One stamp will be allocated, per meal, per card.
  2. Stamps can be redeemed on like for like menus e.g. if you have 12 Prix Fixe Evening stamps you can claim your 13th Prix Fixe Evening meal (from our Prix Fixe Evening menu) for free on your next visit.
  3. A stamp cannot be redeemed against a Special
  4. A stamp can only be redeemed against a dish that carries a supplement if the supplement is paid separately.
  5. Stamps can be traded down e.g. if you have six à la carte stamps and six prix fixe evening stamps you can have a complimentary prix fixe evening on your next visit
  6. Stamps cannot to be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer or promotion (including our birthday offer, Winter Warmer and Summer Rosé) or when dining from the Christmas menu during December or on 1st January.
  7. Stamps cannot be redeemed on Valentine's Day, Mothering Sunday, Father's Day or Bastille Day or during December.
  8. Completed Stamper Cards will not be accepted after 30th November 2018.

Gift Cards

1. The Gift Card can be redeemed against food and drink only.
2. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. The Gift Card is non-transferable and can be used for full or part payment. No change will be given and any remaining balances can be spent on future purchases.
4. Bistrot Pierre will not be held liable for lost or stolen cards.

Children’s Activity Pack Competition

1. Enter our competition and give your children a chance to win a meal for you and your family by designing a new outfit for Pierre or Pierretta on the last page of the Activity Book. Children must be 12 or under to enter.
2. Fill in your child’s name and age and your email address on the competition page in the activity book and leave it in your local bistrot at the end of your meal. Alternatively, you can post it to: Marketing Department, Bistrot Pierre, Milton Chambers, 19 Milton Street, Nottingham, NG1 3EU.
3. One winner will be selected every month and will be contacted via the email address you provide.
4. Prize must be redeemed within 3 months of being notified of winning. Prize cannot be redeemed on certain dates (Special Events and all dates in December). Any dates excluded will be highlighted when the prize is issued.
5. The winner is entitled to either a complimentary 2 course Prix-fixe lunch or Prix-fixe early evening meal for two adults and two children with a soft drink each.

Autumn Competition

2. Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Bistrot Pierre and its agents.
3. Entrants must be over 18. Proof of age and identity may be required.
4. The competition will close at 9am on 18th October 2018.
5. The winner will be selected at random and will be contacted via a reply on the competition Facebook post and then directed to send the e Bistrot Pierre Facebook page a direct message within one week of the competition ending to claim their prize.
6. Prizes must be redeemed before 28th November 2018.
7. The winner will be entitled to receive a three course dinner for four.
